Khaad shop software that counts in bags, not guesses

AgroPOS is POS and inventory software that handles fertilizer the way a Pakistani dealer actually trades it — by bag and by company, with udhaar that totals itself and supplier accounts that show what you still owe.

Bags, kilos and maunds

Fertilizer is not sold in one unit. A shop quotes urea by the bag, micronutrients by the packet and some stock by the maund. AgroPOS lets each product carry its own pack unit, and quantities can be entered in decimals — half a bag is half a bag, not a rounding error.

Parchoon — when a farmer wants ten kilos, not a bag

A farmer comes in wanting ten kilos of urea out of a fifty-kilo bori. Every khaad shop does this, and most software cannot bill it at all — the till counts bags, so ten kilos becomes “0.2”, which is not a quantity anybody says out loud.

Switch parchoon on and picking a bag of khaad asks one question: Full Bag or by the Kg. Type ten, and the bill says 10 Kg — on the screen, on the receipt and in the customer’s khata.

Your parchoon rate, not a divided bag rate. Loose khaad sells for more per kilo than the bag works out to, and that margin is the reason for doing it. Each product carries its own per-kilo rate, so the till never quietly charges the bag rate instead.

The bag opens itself. If only twenty kilos are lying open and a farmer wants thirty, the software says so before the sale — “1 more bag will be opened” — and then does it. Nothing to remember, no separate stock item to create.

Stock reads the way you would write it yourself: 19 bags + 30 Kg. Never a fraction of a bag. Spray, seed and anything sold by the piece are untouched — the option only appears on products that come in a Kg bag.

Company-wise stock, because that is how you buy

Your stock is not one pile. It is Engro, Fauji, FFC, Sarsabz and the rest, and at the end of a season you need to know what each company's line actually did. The company-wise stock report answers that directly — quantity in hand per company, printable for your own record or for an inspection.

Udhaar that does not wait for the season to end

Fertilizer moves on credit. AgroPOS gives every customer a running balance and an optional credit limit, and warns at the till before a sale pushes someone past it.

  • Credit receipts print the previous balance, this bill's udhaar and the new total.
  • Recovery Management lists everyone who owes, with full history.
  • Payments settle against the oldest unpaid invoices first, so the ledger stays honest.
  • Customers are stored with father's name and village — how a rural counter identifies people.

Supplier accounts, both directions

The Supplier Ledger shows total business done with each supplier, what you have paid and what is still payable, with a printable statement. Purchases paid on delivery appear there too, so the account is complete rather than only tracking what you still owe.

Registers for the Agriculture Department

Seven registers print for any date range — stock, batch-wise stock, expiry, sales, purchase, company-wise stock and daily sales — on your own letterhead with your dealer licence number. Prices are left off the inspection copies.

Runs offline

Billing, stock and ledgers all work on your own PC with no connection. Internet is used only to activate the licence once, upload cloud backups and download updates.
