Yes: 14 days of the complete software, with no card needed. A trial started from your AgroPOS account also opens cloud sync and the web panel, so you can try Cloud as well. When it ends nothing is lost: buy either edition and carry on with the same data.

The software is the same, with every feature in both. Offline is a lifetime licence: you pay once, your shop PC holds the data, and cloud backup is optional at Rs 8,000 a year. Cloud is paid monthly or yearly and includes cloud sync, cloud backup and the web panel, where you see your bills, stock, khata and reports from any phone or computer; a new PC signs in and gets the whole shop back. In both, billing runs on your shop PC, with or without internet.

Not with AgroPOS Offline: Rs 45,000 once for a single counter, or Rs 75,000 for 2 counters, Rs 105,000 for 3 counters. Its only recurring item is cloud backup at Rs 8,000 a year, and that is optional. AgroPOS Cloud is the monthly (or yearly) edition, from Rs 3,000 a month.

Yes. On Cloud you renew monthly or yearly as you like: a renewal counts on from the days you have already paid, so paying early loses nothing, and going from monthly to yearly is simply the next renewal. A shop adds counters (Offline) or PCs (Cloud) as it grows, at the prices above. Moving from a single counter to Multi-Counter? WhatsApp us first: your data and your licence come with you.

A counter is one Windows PC that bills. The single licence covers one PC, so a shop with a counter machine and a separate back-office machine would need two of them, or Multi-Counter: several tills on one licence, all billing at once off one stock and one khata over your shop LAN. Offline Multi-Counter is Rs 75,000 for 2 counters, Rs 105,000 for 3 counters. On Cloud, a plan counts the PCs in the shop (main counter + tills), not seats in the cloud: every Cloud plan includes 3 PCs for each branch it covers, and more can be added as Extra PCs. The AgroPOS Mobile app on your phone is not a counter.

Yes. Add AgroPOS Cloud to the licence you already have, at the full Cloud price. Your lifetime licence and its counters stay as they are, and Cloud adds sync, the web panel and cloud backup. If you ever stop paying for Cloud, the licence goes back to Offline and keeps working.

AgroPOS reminds you 7 days before the date. After it you get 7 days of grace with everything working. Then a Cloud licence stops at the licence screen until you renew; a lifetime licence that had Cloud added goes back to Offline and keeps working. Nothing is deleted: your data stays on the PC and in the cloud, and renewing brings everything back.

Nothing stops. Billing, stock, ledgers and reports carry on exactly as before, and local backups keep working. Only uploading new backups pauses, and your existing cloud backups stay downloadable.

Yes, free of charge. On Offline, activate on the new machine and submit a transfer request; we approve it and your cloud backups restore there. On Cloud, sign in on the new PC and the whole shop downloads from the cloud.

Yes. Tell us within 30 days of your licence key being issued and we refund the full amount, by the same route you paid. The refund policy has the details, including the few cases it does not cover. We would rather refund you than have you keep software that does not fit your shop.

Usually one of three ways. A monthly subscription is cheap to start, but a shop paying Rs 2,500 a month has spent Rs 30,000 inside a year and keeps paying; stop paying and the software stops. Per-invoice or per-user charges grow exactly when your season is busiest. A one-time licence, AgroPOS Offline, keeps working whether or not you ever pay us again. AgroPOS offers both, so you choose: a one-time price suits a seasonal trade, and Cloud suits a shop that wants its figures on the phone and its data safe off the premises.
