What the AgroPOS price includes

The licence is Rs 30,000, paid once, for the PC you install it on. No monthly bill, no per-invoice charge. That price includes:

  • The complete software — billing till, batch-wise inventory, ledgers, reports and the Agriculture Department registers. Nothing is held back for a higher tier.
  • Cloud backup free for the first year, then Rs 5,000 per year if you want to keep it.
  • All updates. More than twenty releases have shipped since launch and none cost extra.

Agriculture POS software price in Pakistan — how it compares

Agri software in Pakistan is usually priced one of three ways, and it is worth knowing which you are being offered:

  • Monthly subscription. Cheap to start, but a shop paying Rs 2,500 a month has spent Rs 30,000 inside a year and keeps paying after that. Stop paying and the software stops.
  • Per-invoice or per-user charges. The bill grows exactly when your season is busiest.
  • One-time licence. What AgroPOS uses. Pay once, and the software keeps working whether or not you ever pay us again — including if you never renew cloud backup.

A one-time price suits a seasonal trade better. A dealer's income arrives twice a year; a monthly bill does not care.

Is it worth it for your shop?

AgroPOS is built for one trade: Pakistani agriculture-input dealers selling pesticide, khaad and beej. If you sell those on cash and udhaar, the parts that justify the price are the ones a general POS does not have — batch-wise expiry, the udhaar ledger, and the seven inspection registers.

If you run a general retail shop, cheaper software will serve you better and we would rather say so. The honest test is the 14-day trial: install it, enter a real day of purchases and sales, print an inspection register, and decide from what you see.

Common questions about the price

Is there a monthly fee?

No. Rs 30,000 once for a single counter, or Rs 50,000 to Rs 70,000 once for two or three counters. The only recurring item is cloud backup at Rs 5,000 a year, and that is optional — the software runs normally without it.

What happens if I do not renew cloud backup?

Nothing stops. Billing, stock, ledgers and reports carry on exactly as before, and local backups keep working. Only uploading new backups pauses, and your existing cloud backups stay downloadable.

Do I need a licence for each computer?

It depends which edition you buy. The single licence covers one PC, so a shop with a counter machine and a separate back-office machine would need two of them. AgroPOS Multi-Counter covers several tills on one licence — Rs 50,000 for two counters, Rs 70,000 for three, Rs 20,000 for each counter after that — and they all bill at once off one stock file over your own shop LAN.

Can I move my licence to a new computer?

Yes, free of charge. Activate on the new machine and submit a transfer request; we approve it and your cloud backups restore there.

Is there a refund if it does not suit me?

Yes — 30 days. See the refund policy. We would rather refund you than have you keep software that does not fit your shop.
