A dealer is not always behind the counter. AgroPOS Mobile is a free Android app that puts your customers, their khata, your recovery list, your suppliers and your stock on your phone — so when a customer stops you in the field and asks what he owes, you can answer, and send him the statement before you walk away.
You are in a village, or at a supplier's godown, or simply away from the counter. A customer asks how much is outstanding on his khata. The honest answer today is "I will check at the shop and tell you" — and by the time you are back at the shop, the conversation is over and the money is not collected.
AgroPOS Mobile gives you the same figures your PC holds, on the phone already in your pocket.
Open any customer and generate their account statement as a PDF — your shop's name at the top, what they purchased, what they have paid, the balance remaining, and a signature line at the bottom. It shares like any other file, so it goes over WhatsApp in two taps.
The statement covers the last three months by default with everything before that carried forward as one opening line, which is how a dealer's own written statement reads — not a hundred pages of history nobody will check.
The app is read-only by design. There is no way to add a sale, edit a customer, record a payment or delete anything from the phone. A lost or borrowed handset cannot damage your books, and a mis-tap in a field cannot create a bill you have to hunt down later.
Your PC stays the only place your data is written. The phone is a window onto it.
There is no account to create, no email to verify and no password to remember — which also means nothing to be forgotten at the moment you need it.
Up to three phones can be connected to one licence — enough for a dealer and a son or a manager, counted against the business rather than the counter, so a shop with two PCs does not get six. The same screen lists every connected phone and when it was last used, and removes any of them with one tap when you change handsets or hand an old one on.
Your PC sends its data up as you work, so the phone is normally within minutes of the counter. Pressing Show QR code pushes it immediately, so a phone you have just connected never shows yesterday.
Every screen in the app states its own age — 12 min ago, 3 hr ago — so you always know whether this morning's bills are counted before you quote a figure to somebody. Pull down to refresh and fetch the newest copy.
Out of signal, the last copy stays readable. You are not locked out of your own khata because a village has no coverage.
The app is free with your AgroPOS licence. There is no separate charge and no per-phone fee.
Update AgroPOS on your PC to version 1.0.46 or newer, then open Settings → Mobile App. The download link and the pairing QR code are both on that screen.
Updating inside the app checks the version automatically. If you are not sure which version you are on, it is shown at the bottom of the sidebar.
